Privacy Policy

Because you are required to disclose personal information in order to use my services, it is important that you understand my commitment to your privacy.

The information you provide to me in the course of our work together will be used solely to prepare or critique your resume, assist you with your job search, or guide you through the process of a career change.   All information you submit to me is kept completely confidential.  I share your personal information with no one and your information is never sold or given to third parties.

When our work together is completed, your personal information is kept in secure files for a period of seven years, for IRS purposes, as proof that work was performed on your behalf.

Merchandise Return Policy

I am committed to providing you with the very best product(s) I can to help you succeed in your career. If a DVD is defective in any way, return it within 30 days from date of purchase, stating the nature of the defect, and a new DVD will immediately be sent to you. You are welcome to return any unopened DVD and its accompanying Study Guide for a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact me prior to returning your item(s) for further return instructions. Because of the ease with which DVDs can be reproduced, I am unable to accept returns on opened DVDs. Shipping costs to and from are nonrefundable for returned goods, except or when damaged or defective upon arrival. Canadian and international customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping charges if order is refused.
